How many leads are available per week?
Volume varies by filing activity in Dallas and Tarrant counties. Typically 40–80 new leads per week across all record types. High-activity months (post-tax deadline periods) can produce significantly more. Your dashboard shows total available leads at all times.
What counties are covered?
Dallas County and Tarrant County — the two largest counties in the DFW metro. This covers Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Garland, Irving, Plano, Mesquite, Grand Prairie, and surrounding cities. We do not currently cover Collin, Denton, or Rockwall counties.
What does "skip-traced" mean exactly?
County records list the property address — not how to reach the owner. Skip-tracing is the process of matching that property to a current phone number and email for the owner. Every lead in EquityPull is already skip-traced before it hits your dashboard. You don't need a separate skip-trace service.
What's the difference between Single-Family and All Access?
Single-Family gives you residential leads (houses, townhomes, condos). All Access adds multifamily leads plus two extra features: equity range filtering so you can target only high-equity deals, and priority delivery so you see new leads before standard-tier subscribers. If you're focused on SFR wholesaling, Single-Family is sufficient. If you work multi-unit deals or want the edge on timing, go All Access.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Cancel directly from your Stripe billing portal — no forms, no phone calls, no waiting period. You'll retain access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Equity estimates are calculated by our AI cross-referencing DCAD assessed values against outstanding loan balances from public records. These are estimates, not appraisals — they're accurate enough to prioritize your call list and identify the best deals to pursue, but you'll want to do your own comp analysis before making an offer.
